Your photos never leave your phone. Sizera converts, resizes and compresses them entirely on your iPhone. We have no server. There is nothing for a photo to be uploaded to. There is no account, no login, no user ID and no advertising identifier. We do not know who you are, and the app is built so that we could not find out even if we wanted to.
Sizera is published by VELTORA LLC, Lviv, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). For anything in this policy, including any request about your data, write to sizera@veltora.biz. For data-protection purposes we are the controller of the very small set of information described below — although, as this policy explains, essentially none of it ever reaches us.
Everything the app remembers stays inside the app's own storage on your iPhone.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, iOS includes this app's settings, presets and conversion history — including the file names recorded in history — in your personal, encrypted Apple backup, the same way it backs up any other app's documents. That is Apple's system backup, not a service we operate, and we have no access to it. Converted output files are deliberately excluded from backup, because they are disposable and would otherwise inflate it.
We do not offer cross-device sync. Your presets and history exist only on the device where you created them, plus whatever Apple's own backup preserves.
Sizera shows a small promotional banner on two screens only — Settings, and the screen shown after a conversion finishes. It never appears during conversion, cropping, before-and-after comparison or export, and never inside the share extension. Buying Pro removes it.
In this version that banner is our own promotion for the Pro upgrade. It is a static piece of the app itself. It makes no network request, reads nothing about you, and is identical for every user — there is no third-party ad network in this app, and no data is collected in order to show it.
If a future version ever integrates a third-party ad network, that network's data practices will be disclosed here, reflected in the app's App Store privacy label, and — where the law requires consent, as it does in the EU and the UK — placed behind a consent prompt before any such network is allowed to run, not after.
Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime are sold and processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit, at the price shown in the App Store in your local currency. We never see your payment details — no card number, no billing address, no name. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction. All our app learns, locally on your device, is whether a valid Pro entitlement currently exists.
To let you browse and choose photos, the app asks iOS for access to your photo library. To save a converted file back, it asks separately for permission to add photos. You can grant limited access — only selected photos — instead of full access, and the app works with that. You can change or revoke either permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
Sizera is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone of any age, because it does not collect personal information at all.
Because the app collects nothing and we hold nothing, there is no personal data of yours for us to access, correct, export or delete. Everything the app stores is on your device and under your control: deleting the app removes all of it, and iOS Settings lets you revoke its permissions at any time. If you believe we hold information about you nonetheless, write to sizera@veltora.biz and we will respond within 30 days.
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, we carry out no processing of your personal data as controller beyond what is described above — which is to say, none that leaves your device. We do not store or access information on your device for advertising or analytics purposes, so no consent under the ePrivacy rules is required or requested. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA or the UK, because we do not receive any. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
We do not collect, sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA and CPRA. There is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link because there is nothing to opt out of.
If this policy changes — most likely because a future version adds a real advertising network or cross-device sync — the updated text will be published at this same URL with a new “Last updated” date, and a material change will be called out in the app's release notes.
