Your photos stay with you.

1. Your media and local processing

We do not upload your photos, videos, previews, metadata, editing history or image identities to developer servers. Editing, local AI tools, conversion, compression, template rendering and PDF creation run on your device. Originals are preserved; exports create separate copies.

2. Local projects and usage records

Projects, imported media, edits, history, presets and output files are stored on your device. The app and its Share Extension share purchase access and photo-allowance records in their private shared container. A local Keychain record supports allowance recovery. Original-file hashes identify unique photos for counting; these identities stay on your device. Allowance records are not synchronized between devices.

Some temporary outputs are cleaned up automatically. Saved editor projects and original media remain until you remove them. iOS backups depend on your Apple settings and the backup eligibility of individual files. We do not operate or access your Apple backups.

3. Permissions and sharing

Photo access lets you choose media and save results. Limited photo access is supported. Camera permission is requested when you choose to take a photo. You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Sizera does not request device location services. Embedded photo metadata is handled according to your chosen export policy; keeping location metadata also keeps it in shared files.

iCloud Photos may download originals. Files you deliberately save or share to cloud services are handled by those destinations under their own privacy policies. This is separate from Sizera's local processing.

4. Apple purchases

Apple processes purchases through StoreKit and your Apple Account. Sizera verifies access locally and stores the active plan and known expiry. We do not receive your card number or billing address. Apple maintains purchase history for restoration. See Apple's privacy information for its processing.

5. Advertising

The current version is ad-free for every plan and does not start Google AdMob or Google's consent SDK. Removing those SDKs does not erase information that an older version or another service may already have sent to Google. Requests concerning information held by another provider follow that provider's procedures.

6. Support and this website

If you email sizera@veltora.biz, we receive your email address, message and attachments. Send only material you wish to share with support. Support correspondence is received in Ukraine; contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.

Opening this website sends ordinary requests, including IP address and browser details, to the hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare provides delivery and protection. Local app processing does not make website requests anonymous.

7. Control over your information

You can remove local projects, revoke permissions and manage exported copies in Photos or Files. Uninstalling removes the app's container; Keychain records, Apple purchase history, backups and copies saved elsewhere may remain and are managed separately. We do not hold your in-app media or editing history. Contact us concerning information we do hold. EEA and UK users may also complain to their data-protection authority.
