Sizera support
Write to sizera@veltora.biz. Include your device, iOS version, Sizera version, and the steps that led to the issue. Attach media only if you want to share it with support.
Your plan and allowance
In Sizera, open Settings → Your plan & photo allowance. You can view usage, compare plans, restore purchases and open Apple's subscription settings. Free includes 20 unique photos each calendar month; Monthly includes 100. Lifetime provides unlimited on-device editing. All plans are ad-free.
How photos are counted
An original counts when an edit or export is successfully saved. Repeating work on the same original that month uses no extra allowance. Months reset in UTC. Usage is stored separately on each device. A subscription upgrade includes the photos already counted in that month's total.
Purchases and cancellations
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription. Apple handles refunds.
Files and privacy
Local projects and exports need enough device storage. If an iCloud original is unavailable, download it before offline editing. Sizera preserves originals. Check output dimensions, format, size and metadata before sharing.
